The residential area will be a closed complex with smart key access and high Tec security systems ensuring the safety of the families and the houses. All houses will have smart security systems, Alarm, Cameras and Fire detectors, automatic light opening systems as automatic or manual surety rolls preinstalled in the windows which can be operated even if you are in another country. Also there will be flooding sensors as motion sensors.
Common areas
All common areas will have led lights, which will provide excellent architectural lightning at night and enforcing our security. A children playground, common swimming pool with a barbeque, bar for events and everyday use, tennis court and closed public gym, will be a nice addition for the residents of Paramount Villas. The main entrance of the complex will have a security guard 24/7. Other entrances will require smart key access. All common areas will have free internet(Wi-Fi) access for the residents.
Energy
We understand the environment and our clients. The roof of our complex gym will be use to insert solar panels to provide 24/7 free electricity to all common areas as gym, tennis court, swimming pool and the entrances of all houses and also for the complex security systems. Which remove the need to pay any electrical fees for the common areas.
